Wearing It Proudly

The Regulation of JROTC Uniform

The ACSU and ACU are critical components of what a cadet represents. A well worn uniform shows pride and knowledge, leading others to look with admiration and respect. This page will cover the different regulations that properly demonstrate the wear of the uniforms.

The ACSU, Army Cadet Service Uniform

The ACSU, or Army Cadet Service Uniform consists of two separate models: the Class A and the Class B.

The Class A uniform consists of the black dress shoes, blue slacks, belt with brass buckle, grey beret, army grey-510 long sleeve shirt, and the black service jacket.

A Class B uniform contains all of these things, except for the service jacket.

It is worn during physical events, such as on teams including Raider and Orienteering.
